Understanding the impact of your choices

The moment of choice.

Have you ever wondered why your life is like it is?

You have stopped to take a look around and ask yourself how did I get here? Why is my life like it is? Well this is what the ladies in my local spiritual book club have done this last month. We read 'The Right Questions' by Debbie Ford. And last night shared how this book impacted and changed our lives.

Debbie Ford has you open your eyes wide and really see how all choices - big or small, seen or unseen have lead you directly to where you are now. It is loving, compassionate and upfront honest. She gently guides you to not beat yourself up about it but simply ask yourself some quality questions, i.e. Is this an act of self-love or is it an act or self-sabotage? Last night we could all relate to this as many women can do. The choices you make are creating your reality. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. No action great or small, empowered or disempowered goes unnoticed. The quality of your life is in direct proportion due to the quality decisions you make. Even in challenging, fearful and frustrating times - you are the one that has the power to choose to see the good in the situation or focus solely on the bad. Debbie in her openness, has you choose to stay stuck and right or FREE. It's your choice. To make quality decisions you have to be clear about what's motivating the choice and actions. Debbie has you ask powerful yet simple questions, particularly if you are struggling with something. She offers to you the possibly to clarify your thinking and support you in making the choices that are in your highest and best interest. Do you choose to be right or free?
